SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Lost Passage Provisions. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Because many of our items are vintage, antique, fragile, or specially sourced, we carefully inspect, prepare, and package each order to ensure safe delivery. Processing time may vary during peak periods or due to high order volume. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Shipping Carriers

We ship using a combination of carriers including USPS and UPS depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The most appropriate carrier will be selected at our discretion to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery of your items.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and service level, typically ranging from 3 to 10 business days for standard USPS and UPS services within the contiguous United States. Some items may take longer to arrive due to their origin, size, or handling requirements.

Certain oversized, heavy, or fragile items may incur additional shipping charges beyond standard rates. Any such charges will be clearly disclosed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer to arrive and may incur additional shipping charges, which will be displayed at checkout.

We do not currently ship internationally. We hope to expand to international shipping, including Canada, as we expand operations. Please check back for updates.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier system.

Shipping Insurance

For items of higher value, we may opt to include shipping insurance at no additional cost to you. Whether insurance is added is at our discretion based on item value, fragility, and destination.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Passage Provisions is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any secure locations around your property, then contact the carrier directly to file a report. If you need assistance, reach out to us at crew@lostpassageprovisions.com and we will do our best to help you work with the carrier to investigate.

If your package is lost in transit and never shows a confirmed delivery, please contact us at crew@lostpassageprovisions.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at crew@lostpassageprovisions.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Important Note on Vintage Items

Because many of our items are one of a kind, vintage, pre-owned, used, and antique goods, we are unable to replace lost or damaged items with identical products. In the event of a confirmed carrier loss or damage claim, we will work with you to find an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or store credit.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you need to make a change before your order ships, contact us immediately at crew@lostpassageprovisions.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
