Return & Refund Policy
At Lost Passage Provisions we curate one-of-a-kind vintage, antique, and heritage goods alongside new and print-on-demand items. Because of the unique and pre-owned nature of much of our inventory, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Vintage & Antique Items, Final Sale
All vintage, antique, and pre-owned items are sold as-is and are final sale. These items have natural wear, patina, and imperfections consistent with their age and history, which are considered part of their character and are not grounds for return. Each item is one of a kind, which also means exchanges are not available on vintage goods. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph all items, including any notable flaws or wear, in the product listing.
New & Print-on-Demand Items, 14-Day Returns
For new items, including print-on-demand products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Print-on-demand items that are custom or personalized (including items with custom text, personalized designs, or variant selections specific to an order) are not eligible for return unless defective.
How to Start a Return
To start a return contact us at crew@lostpassageprovisions.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will send you return shipping instructions and address details once your return is approved.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:
Customer pays return shipping for discretionary returns, including change of mind, fit issues, or no longer wanting the item.
Lost Passage Provisions pays return shipping when the return is due to our error, including wrong items shipped, items damaged in transit, or items materially different from the listing description.
For returns we cover, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label after your return is approved. For customer-paid returns, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery at crew@lostpassageprovisions.com if your item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item. Include photos documenting the issue so we can evaluate and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Vintage, antique, and pre-owned goods (as described above)
Custom or personalized orders
Personal care goods, including grooming products
Perishable goods
Hazardous materials and flammable liquids
Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
Gift cards
Exchanges
Because most of our inventory is one of a kind vintage and antique goods, direct exchanges are generally not possible. For eligible new items, the fastest path is to return the original item for a refund and place a separate order for the replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at crew@lostpassageprovisions.com.
