Are items new or pre-owned?
Both. Every item is marked as either new or pre-owned, and the condition is noted right on its product page. Pre-owned pieces are inspected before listing, with any notable wear or flaws described and photographed so there are no surprises.
When will I get my order?
We aim to have orders packed and on their way within 3 to 10 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once yours ships, and standard delivery within the contiguous US usually runs another 3 to 10 business days depending on the carrier and your location. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order, so you'll always see the cost before you pay. A few items may carry additional charges: oversized, heavy, or fragile pieces, and certain made-to-order items that ship separately. Any added cost is shown at checkout. Why might part of my order ship separately?
A few of our made-to-order pieces are produced individually once you place your order. Because these are created and sent from a separate facility, they may arrive in their own package and can carry a shipping charge separate from the rest of your order. That charge reflects the lowest rate available to us, with no markup added. If your order includes one of these pieces alongside other goods, you may receive more than one package. Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship to all 50 US states, with longer transit and possible added charges for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping, including Canada, is something we hope to add as we grow. Full details can be found in our Shipping Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or goes missing?
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, or if a package is lost in transit, email us at crew@lostpassageprovisions.com within 7 days with photos where you can, and we'll work with the carrier to make it right. Full details can be found in our Shipping Policy.
What is the return policy?
Eligible new items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition with tags attached and packaging intact. Vintage, antique, and pre-owned pieces are one of a kind and sold as-is, so those are final sale. To start a return, email us at crew@lostpassageprovisions.com before sending anything back. Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Vintage, antique, and pre-owned goods are sold as-is and are final sale, since each one is unique and carries its own wear and history. Any notable flaws are described and photographed in the listing. Made-to-order pieces with custom details are also final sale unless they arrive defective.
